Flush Sash Windows
Liniar’s new exciting development is flush sash windows. They blend the realism of a typical pre-1932 timber window with the thermal advantages of the twenty-first century.
Due to planning or environmental restrictions, many property owners require a traditional timber window frame. Liniar Flush Sash windows may be mechanically joined to give them an authentic wood look.
Timber frames are typically costly, require regular maintenance, and are difficult to replace.
Liniar saw the need to create a casement window frame that could be foiled to look like traditional wood or offer a sleek, contemporary finish and fit into any property where the sash fitted flush into the frame.
A+ rated windows
Liniar flush sash windows are A+ rated, just like the rest of the Liniar EnergyPlus window line.
Available in a sculptured profile with a flush finish on the outside, 28mm double or triple glazing, internally beaded, and a variety of opening configurations, colours, finishes, hardware, and glazing.
Made in the United Kingdom
Liniar bay and bow window frames are made of lead-free uPVC extruded at HL Plastics’ Derbyshire manufacturing facility.
Continued investment in the facilities and the factory keeps Liniar at the forefront of innovation.
