Why flush sash
A flush sash closes level with the outer frame instead of standing proud of it. That is how traditional timber windows look, which is why flush sash suits conservation areas and period properties.

For Victorian terraces, a vertical slider sash is usually the better match. Ask us at the survey and we will tell you which suits the house.
